Tuition & Fees
The Board of Directors strives to offer an affordable tuition rate to families interested in a Montessori education for their children while ensuring the financial health, long-term sustainability, and quality of KMS. There are several opportunities to raise funds and donate materials, time, and expertise to the school which help keep the tuition affordable and support KMS. Cash and material donations are tax-deductible.
Tuition is paid in 9 monthly payments beginning on August 1 for new families. Existing families make 12 monthly payments beginning June 1 or can opt into the 9 monthly payment plan with a written request.
The Registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. The material/snack fee is billed out in August and January. The American Montessori Society (AMS) family membership fee is billed in August.
The KMS Board reserves the right to make a tuition adjustment no greater than 5% if the fiscal year-end financial position dictates, with a 30-day written notice prior to the start of the next school year. Tuition and fees can be paid with check, cash, automated bank payments, or credit card (a service fee is applied for credit card payments to be paid by cardholder).
